Stopped in Bonner Springs, while driving cross country. A wonderful surprise at a quiet exit just west of KC! The restaurant had more cars than anyplace else so we took that as a sign that locals like the place. We weren’t disappointed! Wonderful service from the time we walked in the door. Fast service, a great Bahama Mama and chips w/sauce & queso were in front of us in minutes! Husband had a Combination Monterey (chicken taco, chicken burrito & chicken enchilada - all in gravy sauce). He said it was really good. Hard to get input as he had his mouth full. I had the chicken spinach quesadilla. Both meals came with rice, beans, sour cream and a scoop of guacamole. Highly recommend if you like good authentic Mexican food in a great atmosphere. The place is clean and busy. Lots of free parking. 2 full meals, which we both could not finish (big full plates) was $35. You can’t beat that.

Victor and his crew are the BEST! They catered my wedding this past weekend and were simply amazing. He was easy to work with and get our day planned, also came himself to the wedding to help serve. I could not have asked for a better caterer and restaurant. It is one of our faves to visit any normal day, but if you are thinking of a big event or gathering, definitely consider them! They served my wedding of 200 people and we still had leftovers. He made sure our night ran smoothly. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Make sure to give them some love!

10 STARS!! they put so much love into their food. It’s not bland things cooked in oil and given to you. Even their side veggies have their own flavorful seasoning. And I could tell the ranch is homemade too because it’s really good & different. Excellent services!!Pablo is good guy.

An ok little Mexican restaurant. The salsa was decent, but a little on the bland side flavor wise. The chips were nice and crispy and they brought plenty of them for our party. We tried the California burrito, which had a slightly odd combination of ingredients but was decent, served with a red enchilada sauce and normally comes with sides of rice and beans. The SO liked the zucchini in the burrito, but also thought everything was fairly bland overall. We also got an order of spinach enchiladas which were decent. The red enchilada sauce was on the bland side, but tasted alright. The side of black beans was pretty good. The service was friendly and helpful. The location appeared clean and in good shape. The prices were reasonable, the portions were decent although I wouldn't count on leftovers if you are hungry. All in all not bad of you are hungry and in the area.

This place was busy so I had to try it. Was driving thru and stopped to eat. When I saw this place so busy I figured everything had to be fresh and not sitting. Service was quick and the food was good. I love how they bring free chips and salsa and some whit queso dip, that’s a first normally it’s just salsa. Ordered their house margarita the large one and a barbacoa burrito and a flan at the end. Everything was excellent, the flan was huge. I would come back again.
